What holistic care can look like?
We create a plan based on your specific needs. Here are three examples of how we combine services to serve someone holistically:
1 – Eating disorder treatment often includes individual therapy, nutritional counseling (supporting mental and physical well-being through diet), mind-body work such as yoga or somatic movement, and exposure response therapy.Â
2 – Trauma treatment may include Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), EFT, Trauma Focused Equine-assistedÂ
3 – Individual Therapy may include EMDR, Nutrition Counseling, Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), Hypnotherapy.
What are your rates?
Self pay varies from $85 – $215, depending on provider and service
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we take a variety of commercial insurances and medicare/medicaid. Click here to check your insurance.
How do I schedule a consultation?

Can you see me and my family separately?
Yes, we would likely assign an individual to one provider and then the family for family therapy to a different provider.Â
What kind of therapy do you recommend or provide?

What issues can therapy help with?

How long is a therapy session?
Therapy sessions typically last 50–60 minutes, though session length may vary based on your needs and the type of therapy provided. Your therapist will discuss the best approach for you during your first appointment.
Is my record confidential?
Your record is completely confidential, unless you want to go through insurance. Then we have to provide insurance with supporting documentation and diagnosis.
Can you see Spanish speaking patients?

Can I have a therapist somewhere else (a primary therapist) and come to you for group or another service?
