Erin Dragutsky

As a passionate advocate of health and nutrition, Erin Dragutsky entered the field of dietetics to improve the lives of clients through a non-diet, lifestyle friendly approach. Erin’s goal as a dietitian is to empower individuals to develop positive eating behaviors. By combining research-based nutrition knowledge with incremental, individualized eating behavior changes, she encourages and teaches healthy habits for life.
Erin received her Bachelors degree in Nutrition Science from the University of California, Davis, and her Masters in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Memphis. She now practices as a licensed dietitian nutritionist in the private practice setting. She is also an AFAA certified group fitness instructor.
In her experience as a dietitian, Erin served as the dietitian for the Transformation Center where she specialized in the treatment of eating disorders. There, Erin helped her clients rebuild their physical well-being through the development of healthy eating behaviors. Erin also worked as a clinical dietitian at Regional One Health, where she provided nutrition education and medical nutrition therapy to patients with a broad spectrum of medical diseases and conditions.
Outside of practicing as a registered dietitian, Erin teaches group fitness classes at several gyms in the Memphis area. She continues her love of physical fitness in the sweaty rooms of Crossfit. She also loves spending time with her husband, baby girl, and two dogs, eating yummy food, and embarking on fun adventures in the wonderful city of Memphis.
